Overview

Sketchbook adds illustrated book pages to Minecraft. It covers scene sketches, entity studies, item sketches, recolouring, torn pages, and optional integrations for book-focused play.

TLDR
  • Use Remember Scene for temporary scene captures.
  • Use Entities for studied entity sketches.
  • Use Items to search and place item sketches without studying first.

  • Use Colour to recolour stored sketches with coloured pencils.

Basic Workflow

  1. Carry a Pencil, or store one in a Pencil Case.
  2. Press Remember Scene while looking at something worth drawing.
  3. Open a Book and Quill and right click an empty page.
  4. Choose Sketch, Memories, Entities, or Items depending on what you want to add.
  5. Right click an existing sketch later to recolour, delete, or tear it out.
